📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
During peak times (e.g. sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days, but we’ll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

🚚 UK Shipping

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail and other trusted couriers.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the UK.

Please note:

• Delivery times vary depending on customs clearance in your country.

• Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

📫 Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at contactus@whimsizoo.com

• Include your order number and a brief explanation

• We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable

📍 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

❌ Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address:

• We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage fees may apply)

• If you prefer a refund, it will be issued minus the original shipping cost
